User Testimonials:

I remember my first airplane flight when I was 7. We flew to California from Kansas City. I spent the entire flight just staring out of the window, mesmerized by the tiny cars, huge views and clouds. This was well before personal computers and screensavers, but I knew right then and there that I could stare at this sort of view for a very long time. Then along comes Holding Pattern 2. It captures that feeling perfectly, and gives you full control of the types of flight or views you want to see. Holding Pattern 2 is everything that is still good about flying, without having to take your shoes off, or worry about the weight of your luggage.

-- Gary Katz, Mac MD

Transcends the quotidian with breathtaking views and moments of everyday serenity. Snapshots from a perspective both heavenly and uniquely human.

-- Joe Stanco

This is a work that takes place over an extremely long span of time, which is my understanding of one of its fundamental aspects as art. However, in the brief time that I've been living with it, I find the greater visual detail to be comforting and pleasing. I always am pleasantly surprised when it comes on, because I am not in the habit of thinking about screensavers, so it is always unexpected. It feels organic. In a year maybe I can give a more precise testimonial, and maybe that's the best testimonial of all.

-- Steve Gregoropolis

Most screen savers are stupid. Holding Pattern is something else entirely. It has completely raised the bar for what people should expect.

-- Nathaniel Udell

Holding Pattern 2.0 is a unique and phenomenal screensaver! It makes my computer interesting.

-- Nancy Kwok

The only thing missing is a little bag of peanuts.

-- Brent Miller
